Summer is arriving soon. This is where we all bring out the summer clothes, bikinis and love the sunshine. It can be too hot to drink a warm cup of coffee during the summer so having cold coffees are a life savour when we all need that caffeine boost and still want that cup of coffee.
Most recipes for the summer have ice which makes it so refreshing to have on a hot summers day.

Iced Bubbled Coffee
If you love bubble tea, and you love a good cup of coffee be sure to try out this.
Ingredients-
· 1/4 cup black tapioca pearls (boba)
· 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey or sugar
· 3/4 cup of espresso
· 1/4 cup of ice
· 1/4 cup of milk
Method-
1. Prepare the espresso and then set it aside to allow it to cool down.
2. Cook the black tapioca pearls (boba) to the package instructions.
3. Once they are softened, drain and set aside.
4. Add the Maple syrup, honey or sugar to the coffee and stir.
5. Pour the boba into a glass.
6. Add the ice into the glass.
7. Mix the milk and the coffee together and pour into the glass.
8. Serve and enjoy!!
Vanilla Iced Coffee
Vanilla flavour can be subtle and refreshing to have during the summer. This coffee will sure be refreshing.
Ingredients-
· 2 shots of espresso or 1/3 cup of strong coffee
· 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
· 1/4 cup white sugar
· 1/4 cup boiling water
· 1/3 cups crushed ice
· 1/2 cup milk
Method-
1. Prepare the coffee and then set it aside to cool down.
2. Put the water, the vanilla extract and sugar into a saucepan and boil until the mix dissolves.
3. Put both mixes into the fridge for 30mins to an hour.
4. Add ice to a glass.
5. Pour the prepared coffee into the glass.
6. Add the milk on top.
7. Garnish with syrup of your choice.
8. Serve and enjoy!!
Coffee Milkshake
This is for the people who love their ice cream and for those who love coffee as a milkshake.
Ingredients-
· 1 cup strong coffee
· 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
· tablespoon chocolate syrup (can change to any syrup as desired)
· Whipped cream
Method-
1. Prepare the coffee and then put it into the fridge to cool for 30mins.
2. Once the coffee is cooler, blend the coffee, vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup together until it is smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add some milk.
3. Pour the milkshake into a glass.
4. Garish with whipped cream and some more syrup on top.
5. Serve and enjoy!!
Cold Brew Lemonade
Lemonade is a refreshing fizzy drink on its own. This coffee gives a traditional lemonade with a twist of having some coffee added.
Ingredients-
· 1/2 cup of lemonade or tonic water
· 1/4 cup of coffee
· 2 tablespoons lemon juice
· 2 tablespoons sugar
· 1/3 cup of ice
Method-
1. Prepare the coffee and then put it into the fridge to cool for 30mins.
2. Place some lemon juice and sugar onto two separate plates.
3. Dip the rim of the glass into the lemon juice and then the sugar.
4. Fill glass with ice.
5. Add the lemonade into the glass.
6. Then add the coffee and stir.
7. Garnish to taste by adding lemon juice and/or sugar.
